Underground HDPE Piping

SJI RNG Facility – Wendell, MN

Iron Built Construction provided complete underground HDPE fusing and installation services for SJI’s RNG facility in Wendell, Minnesota. Our scope included excavation, fabrication, and installation of a comprehensive underground piping system tying together multiple digester tanks. We installed HDPE lines ranging from 1” to 16” to support air, water, drain, and process gas systems throughout the facility. With precision fusing and expert coordination, we helped bring critical infrastructure online to support full-scale biogas operations.
